Tipping Etiquette

As I was watching two men work hard all day to install my new carpet, I wondered whether or not a tip was expected or appropriate.  Let's hear it for the internet to answer whatever question we might come up with!  Here is an amazing website that is sure to answer that question, once and for all. After checking in with the website, I opted for a small monetary tip and a Tully's gift card for a cup of coffee.  Better to err on the side of generosity and allow for a little trickle down in this economy!
